These terms explain how you can use Glance Captions, how subscriptions work, and what happens if something goes wrong. By using the app, you agree to these terms.

Overview

Glance is built to help you write faster and publish smarter.

You can use Glance Captions as a guest or with an account. Some features may be limited by plan, usage, or platform, but the core expectation is simple: use the app fairly and respect the systems and people around it.

Accounts and access

You can use Glance as a guest, or sign in for more continuity.

You may access parts of Glance without creating an account. If you do create an account, you're responsible for keeping your login details secure and for activities that happen through that account.

We may suspend or limit access if we detect abuse, fraud, deliberate misuse of the service, or violations of these terms.

Subscriptions

Glance Pro is an auto-renewing subscription.

The subscription title shown in the app is Glance Pro Monthly.
The subscription length is monthly unless another term is clearly shown in the app or store listing.
The price is the one displayed in the App Store or Google Play at the time of purchase.
Payment is charged by Apple or Google to the account you use for store purchases.
The subscription renews automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period, subject to store policies.
You can manage or cancel your subscription in your App Store or Google Play account settings.
Refunds are handled according to Apple or Google's own refund rules, not directly by us.

Acceptable use

Use the app responsibly.

Allowed

Using the app to draft captions, posts, hooks, and content ideas.
Saving favorites, managing presets, and publishing your generated output.
Using guest access or a registered account in the normal product flow.

Not allowed

Using the app for unlawful, defamatory, abusive, or fraudulent purposes.
Trying to break, reverse-engineer, overload, scrape, or disrupt the service.
Using generated output to impersonate people or mislead users in harmful ways.

Content and output

Your prompts stay yours, but you're responsible for what you publish.

You keep ownership of the content you submit, to the extent the law allows. You may use the outputs generated by Glance, but you remain responsible for reviewing them before posting, especially for brand, legal, or factual accuracy.

We do not promise that every generated caption will be accurate, unique, or fit for every situation. AI output still needs your judgment.

Availability

We aim for reliability, not magic.

We may update, improve, pause, or remove parts of the service from time to time. We try to keep Glance available, but uptime is not guaranteed and some features may depend on third-party services, app stores, or cloud infrastructure.

Liability

Reasonable limits still apply.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Glance Captions is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages that come from using or being unable to use the app.

Nothing in these terms limits rights that cannot legally be excluded under the laws that apply to you.

Changes

If these terms change, we'll update the date.

We may revise these terms as the product evolves or legal requirements change. If we make material updates, the "Last updated" date at the top of this page will change too.
